Creek View Drive Road Closure 7/17/2026

Starting Monday July 20th and lasting for approximately 2 weeks, weather and construction dependent, Creek View Drive between Potomac Hills Drive and Kings Crest Drive will be closed to all traffic. Residents living on Bridgewood Ct. and the 800-1300 block of Kings Crest will need to take Wind Ridge Drive around or enter through the apartment complex. This closure is necessary for the safety of construction crews and the safe storage of heavy machinery.  Please remind your children to stay away from the construction equipment and area for their safety. Do not let children play on, in, near, or around any of the construction equipment for their safety.

Parking Pass Information
EVERY vehicle that resides in the home must have a permit regardless of the number of vehicles in the home.

Residents are strictly prohibited from parking in any space marked Visitor. If you have not collected your new passes, please contact the Board. Passes will not be mailed by the management company.

Community Parking Enforcement Changes

Due to ongoing and repeated parking violations within the community including double parking in the roadway, residents in visitor spaces, and blocking of fire hydrants/mailboxes, the Board has authorized the towing vendor to begin patrolling the community 24/7.  Vehicles found to be in violation of the parking rules will be removed without notice.
